Vulcan outlaw or this is my question. Slightly more power on vulcan but don't need that much normally. Esab is suppose to be made extremely well so might last longer idk... hard choice. Thought about older trailblazers for 1.2k ish but they always look rough around here

Why did Miller put the on off switch on the back?? Not convenient. Also not interested in spool guns, why don't they supply a liner for aluminum? Top dollar, low features.

Well done! Just an FYI, there will be no 45 amp FlushCut for the 45SYNC. Have to step it up to the larger systems for that consumable technology.

If Miller were about great customer service, they'd offer their Multimatic 220 owners, lacking the 6010 capability an upgrade option (e.g., new software & pc board). My Multimatic 220 is 1.5 years ago & used it for the 1st time last week. Now I find out this happened! Bye bye, Miller...*

Wow, way too complex, and after reading reviews, not sure what to think. Reviews mentioned, not diming , diming too quick, going into wrong modes etc. This is a friend's helmet, (287803) for wire feed welding, way too many options. I'll have to recommend he return this and look for an auto dark lens that's right for wire feed welding. I'm considering buying another welder myself, so I'll need to find a very simple helmet as well, that I can just pop out a lens if I need to and go darker/lighter. shrugs....

Yes, it's much lighter but much less reliable and more complex and expensive to repair ! I'll take the old school machines.

I just got the helix CLT and is it normal for bottom half of the ADF to be darker than the top half? The top half seems to be a lighter shade and it keeps blinding me when I rest my neck facing downwards while welding.

After a year i REALLY like mine. Two suggestions : one for the Power Mig 215 .....why do the SMAW settings for this machine default to DC - ? The way polarity is selected is really kind of annoying..Its like playing .like a video game.. just make it a + or - off / on switch...This next applies to ALL multiprocess machines.. I really really like have all processes in one place but i still have to take my Mig gun set up apart to run a spool gun..Why not Install a separate 4 pin connector and gas solenoid for spool gun..now its all there

They should make the torch a bit longer the trigger is to close to the nozzle, your hands and fingers get to hot
